    Favorite Memory: The blackjack/craps games every other Saturday night in the basement of Round Table Pizza on Moorpark. I still even remember the secret knock and my codename--"Big Bad Bear with Cancer of the Prick".
    What's Happening: I got my PhD from M.I.T. in the spring of '96. Shortly afterwards I settled in Las Vegas where I decided to put my "M.I.T. Degree" to work and attempt to "beat the system". After a brief stint at a minimum security facility, I decided to take my learnings and help better today's youth. I took a job at a middle school where they decided I would be most beneficial teaching the retards....it's amazing how "those people" can actually learn how to count cards when properly schooled. I've been doing this for 5 years now--I took my winnings and purchased a lavish compound on the outskirts of town. I'm looking forward to the next reunion--just give me a few days notice and I'll fuel up the jet and fly on up. If you want entertainment, I can either bring hookers or retards.

Anyway, my favorite memory from high school is all the great people that touched my life. Some of you know who you are, some don't...the list is to long. Bringin brondo is conceptual to the lippy lap, come on nails, hammer the tail pipe. Zooooooweeeeek!!!!! Crap, no really, I crapped my pants finlingler doche'. Nam-mobile lives, I'm on fire, boss hog, Regetti?, get up stupid, your on my _ _ _ _, he was slugging me in the belly, MECCA ON MY FACE, if you were 18 I'de kick your _ _ _, Champs forever, SEX GODS are watching, Lynhaven etched in my mind forever, dude, i'm serious, look at the blood on the carpet, hoggen grog, Hawaii makes me happy, where is Kona, stump, boogs, geetz, sand-man, pepper and the rest of my identity??????
    What's Happening: I've been wacked out on some psychedelic drug the past ten years...I can't remember anything(just kidding!). I was in psychology for about 5 years. I worked with male adolesent sex offenders and "gang bangers." Now, I am the co-owner of an office technology company. I still get to delve into peoples heads, just on a different plain. She blessed me with a little girl who is 4 years old now, named Sage Leigh Cosgrove. Desiree' and I are still very good friends and we share equal time with her.

    Favorite Memory: Am I allowed to say... my entire sophomore year?! Everything seemed to click that year. From falling deeply in love with Debbie; hanging with my buddy Luis; buying my dream car (still have that '65 Mustang, by the way!); to hearing Coach Carr say things like, "Your brain is so small, if I shoved up the ass of a bumble bee and shook it, it would sound like a walnut in a wine barrel." What a great year that was!
    What's Happening: After graduating from Blackford, I studied Fire Science and also worked at Sun Microsystems. In 1990, I enlisted in the Marines, and spent 4 years in the infantry on active duty. Was apart of the Gulf War (Task Force Grizzly and Ripper), and got to train all over the world. Learned more about myself, and life in general, than I ever thought possible. When I got out in 1994, I immediately started working at Sun again, and have been here ever since (though I am currently looking to make a complete career change)! Got married in January of 1992, and have two sons (1996 and 1998). Was living down in the South Bay until 2002, when we moved up to Pleasanton. LOVE it there! Would love to hear back from any of you, so don't hesitate to write!

    Favorite Memory: Senior Year, coming back from our Hawaii Spring Break vacation and taking first place in the High Hurdles. Then taking second place overall in our league.
    What's Happening: So, my mom was surfing and found this site and said I needed to send an update. First off... can you all believe how old we're getting! Sheesh.

    Anyway, we're now living in Tualatin (Too-all-a-tin). It's a nice area. I now work as an inside sales/account manager/sales engineer for a software development company. My commute is exactly 2 miles. If I rode my bike I could coast all the way. Well, I suppose that's enough bragging.

    I now have a new addition to our family. On Feb 28 this year, we adopted a little girl. She's now 5, but she's been with us since she was 11 months. It's a long story how it all worked out, and it's a long process, but it's worth it.

    So now it's me, Christina, Joshua (now 10), Emily (now 6) and Kayla.

    What's Happening: Well, decided to update my previous one....Moved to Granite Bay (near Sacramento) in July of 2002 with my 2 kids. Still working at Kinko's, but desperately hoping to get out. Back in school taking TV classes, hopefully I can get enough scholarships and grants to quit Kinko's this summer and concentrate on school. Gabrielle's idea of having a reunion this summer sounds great!!!!

    Ap english, Chemistry.. Soccer, swimming, just all of it.
    What's Happening: Wow, what hasn't happened over the past 10 years?
    After graduation it was up to Humboldt state for a year and a half.. that was fun. Then down to Cal Poly SLO for the rest of college. Graduated in business in June of 92. The day after graduation I left for training with a pharmaceutical company. I am pretty exciting I am still doing that 9 years later! Ha!
    Got married, lived in the Bay area for 2 years then packed our bags and moved to Salt Lake City. I had a baby,who is now 6 years old and in kindergarden. I can't believe it.
    Got divorce when she was a little over 1. Did the swingin single thing for about four years. Glad I got to experience that since I didn't really before. I remarried a year and a half ago. I am really happy and doing very well. So if anyone is ever in Utah please look us up.

    Favorite Memory: Hmmm...it is a bit of a blur...let's see...there was riding around in Pam Rogers big boat skipping classes and going to Carrows(or Cocos)...crazy times with Joli H.(windows on the side of the house)...dance,dance,dance...silly simco...alisa marie...Mr. Moon, what are you doing behind that desk?...too many to list good memories of lots of different people...but hopefully you all know who you are...and my good thoughts find you.
    What's Happening: well, after my not so intelligent choice to leave BHS I floundered around the bay area until 1989 playing to much and to hard...I then found my way to S.L.C., Utah where I worked at Snowbird Ski Resort for 6 years...not a bad way to spend the days...being paid to ski was good but finally, met someone and we moved to Omaha,Nebraska...EEK!!!!That didn't work with him, but I had already started school at University of Nebraska and decided to stay to finish...then with only two semesters left, I was offered a teaching position in France...couldn't pass that one up...and that brings me to the current time...I just returned back to the states last month and am finishing my last semesters...what's next...no clue...hoping to go back to France, but nothing never turns out like I plan, so I will just wait and see what comes up next. Et viola...c'est ma vie...peut-etre a bientot...si non, bon voyage a vous.Ciao

    Favorite Memory: I couldn't possibly choose one favorite memory. Summer after our freshman year hanging out with Alecia & Liz driving her snazzy white Scirocco. Talking on the phone with Steve Sands until all hours of the morning - oh how I adored him and I was sure that I was super subtle and no one knew - doh! :-) Driving to Monterey (RL Stevenson) to a soccer game the day after Ellen Rubino got her driver's license and getting up to all kinds of mischief. Endless parties and a lot of liquor. How many flavours of Schnapps do they make? I think I tried them all? Peppermint - ok, even Peach, but Rootbeer? That's just wrong?
    What's Happening: As Aleatra said at the reunion, I look just the same as I did when I was 5 (I actually knew Alaetra when I was 5), but I am so different. After graduating from high school with a solid 1.8 GPA, my prospects were...how should I put this? Limited.

    I moved to Santa Cruz and staged managed for a local theatre for about a year and then moved back to San Jose thinking I had to get my shit together. I went to De Anza and fumbled around a bit, but then I ran into some great professors and found my niche - books. I liked to read - who knew!?

    I transferred to UC Davis in 91, studied in London in 92-93, graduated with my BA (and Honours thank you very much) in English Literature from UCD in 1994 and moved back to London a few months later. Since then I have lived in London for 4 ½ years, Florence for a year, New York City for 2 years and spent a bit of time back in the Bay Area (most often waiting for visas or something like that).

    I now work in Marketing for Arup, a group of consulting engineers based in London responsible for things like the Sydney Opera House, JFK Airport, the Gap HQ in San Bruno, etc. I am engaged to an Italian guy, Lorenzo, who I met 9 years ago, when I was a student and lived in London the first time. We've been engaged for almost 2 years now and have no plans to actually walk down the aisle at any point in the near future.

    Life is amazing. I sometimes can't believe it's my life when I wake up in the morning. It has exceeded anything I ever dreamed of when I was at BHS, but then again that could've been a result of all the Schnapps.

One night after a party Gina Dalton called me at home to inform me that Juiimy Kiles ( my boyfriend ) was sleeping at his old girlfriend Lexi F.'s house!! Got into my car speeding all the way, had no idea they were in the process of re-surfacing the street and one I turned the corner my car ended up on one of her neighbors lawn!!!! My car fine (lawn NOT) I went on to my destination which was Lexi's house.(to get my boyfriend!!??) I knocked on her door at 1:00 a.m., woke her whole family up and made Jimmy get in my car and took him back to his house!! The things you do when your a teenager!! I laugh about it now!!!
    What's Happening: I live in Fremont CA have three kids, been married 9 years. Husband is a Bellermine Grad, 1980. Have kept in touch with friends from school, too many great memories with such great people! I still like a good party!! HAHA

    What's Happening: I served four years in the Air force. I missed the Gulf War, however. After that I graduated from Sacramento State University.
    After years of boredom, I served a two year stint in the Peace Corps, Guyana. Guyana is in South America for those of you who forgot the Jim Jones tragedy. Anyway, I married a Guyanese woman, and we are living happily in Sacramento. I am teaching adult education these days. I plan on entering the political arena in the future.

    What's Happening: After Graduation, I took a 5 week trip to Europe, spending most of my time in Germany with relatives. I loved it and plan on going back sometime soon!! After that I spent a year at De Anza where I found I didn't agree with college right away. I then took a year off and went back to West Valley. In 1991 I met my ex-husband, and a year later we were married. In 1993 I had my oldest daughter who now attends Lynhaven. My youngest daughter was born in 1996 and is in Preschool in San Jose. I am currently working at Kinko's and will be returning to West Valley to get my AS Degree in Computer Science and then I hope to attend USF at a later time to get my BS.

    Valley, all the great science classes, working on the yearbook,
    shooting one basket (in three years!) on JV basketball team,
    oh, I could go on...but I'll stop.
    What's Happening: ...or over the past 15 years. I feel old. Went to UC Santa Cruz
    and majored in Theatre Lighting Design and Stage Management.
    Thought I'd study science, but HA! no way. Failed chemistry my
    first quarter. Now I am also a member of Bay Area Theatresports
    doing improv and lighting design on the side. For money I print
    labels for SNAP! (no, no the internet company). Went to Africa for a
    month. Rome. Texas. and now back to work.

    What's Happening: I have worked in the Financial Industry for 15 years. I currently work at Hewlett-Packard Credit Union. I am the ATM Specialist. I install the ATMs all over the HP sites. I have been happily married for 1 yr and am considering children. I sang in a band called Cottonwood for 2-3 yrs and made a record with my ex-husband that went to 116 on the 150 charts. Other than that just enjoying life in general.

    Favorite Memory: The last semester of my senior year. All I can say is..WOW.
    What's Happening: I tried the college thing and couldn't get interested in any
    one subject. I most recently was with Nob Hill Foods, for
    7 1/2 years, in Redwood Shores in the Cheese Shop. I am
    now working for Cosentino's cheese(fromage, gvina, ost, sir,
    queso, sajt, formaggio, etc..)shop and I love it. Got a
    party? I can set you up! I hope to one day really start
    my card business, like I have been told to do for over
    12 years!
    I met my husband at Nob Hill Foods. We have been happily
    married 1 1/2 years and on December 24, 97, we bought a
    house. We love to travel to Europe and go once a year.
    Most loved places, so far, are Spain, France and Germany.
    Children are hopefully around the corner.

    Having Joli Hershmann's father tell my mother (at Parent's Night) that I would not have been elected Freshman President if she had told everyone that we played Barbies and witches togther when we were young. Like no one had already thought that I played with Barbies!

    What's Happening: Been working for Gap Inc for 10 years. Started in field management. Currently: the Manager of Store Operations and Communications for the Banana Republic division. High level, this means I manage all in-store process effeciency evaluation, change and implementation. As an accredited bussiness communicator, I also, manage all commmunication (content, vehicle, timing) that store's receive. I have a great team (9) that work for me. Wouldn't be able to my job with out them!Travel tons for work, mostly US Domestic, but have have been to Canada, UK, Germany, and France.

    Lived in Santa Cruz for a year after school, then moved to San Francisco. Have lived here for nearly eight years.

    Have been in and out of relationships like anyone else. Met a wonderful man while on business in New York and have been able to successfully manage a bi-coastal relationship. Enjoying life and all it has to offer; sharing good times and laughter with my friends.

    I wish all the best to all my classmates and hope life brings them the rewards and pleasures they dream of!

    What's Happening: I went to SJSU and got my BA and my Teaching credential. I
    met my husband, Chris, through other friends at State and have now
    been very happily married for 6 years this January. We are
    expecting our first child this Feb. 27. I have been teaching
    at Orchard School as a K-2 teacher for 5 years. I love it.

    Favorite Memory: Graduation day. No offense, but I couldn't wait to get out.
    Being part of the CCS Championship Soccer team was cool, and
    so was running (and winning) the high hurdles, but life after
    high school school is far better.
    What's Happening: I have two kids... Joshua (4) and Emily (7 months). Kids are
    great, but they sure have a lot of energy. I met my wife,
    Christina, at SJSU... we had a philosophy class together.
    I didn't learn too much that semester. Graduated from there
    and got a job. A couple of years later, we decided to start
    a family and move to Oregon (where the skies are cloudy all
    day!). We've got a nice house in Tigard... that's a suburb of
    Portland. Currently, I manage the telecommunications net work
    for Nationwide Insurance. Oregon's a great place to live if
    you don't mind a few grey days. Everything is green and there
    are trees too!

    Favorite Memory: All-night AP English study groups with Kathy, Wenise, and
    Becky. Getting our Biorhythms to see how we would do on the
    exam. Me drinking too much Iced Tea with Sweet and Low and
    thinking I could fly! Going dancing at Mother's (I can't
    believe I'm admitting to this).
    What's Happening: I went to San Jose State right after High School, and
    majored in Computer Engineering. I continued my gymnastics
    career at SJSU, competing for them for 4 years (until I
    blew out my knee - again). During my last year at SJSU, I
    met my "husband-to-be" at San Jose Live. When I graduated,
    I got a job as a Software Engineer at a small company in
    Santa Clara called EPI. I worked there for 3 years and
    then changed jobs to TCI/BR (NOT the cable company)! I
    got married in 1995 and we bought a house in San Jose.
    I am still working at TCI as a Senior Software Engineer
    and am happily married.

    Favorite Memory: How can I pick just one?!? Late nights studying for AP English at Denny's with Hope, Kathy and Wenise. Those are some of the best memories. I still have not figured out the mystery of Carol Gruetzner's grading system or why she thought novelty erasers would motivate us.
    What's Happening: I've been doing a bit of this and that for the past 10 years. Most of the time has been spent getting older.

    After good ol' BHS I went to Lewis & Clark College where I majored in History and minored in Political Economy (ooh, radical!) and forgot how to speak French.. Let me say that Mr. Turner was better than any of the French professors I had at LC.

    After a post-college stint as a Barista I moved to Alaska with my boyfriend (now husband). I only lasted a year there and then went on to grad school at the University of Vermont.

    1 day after getting my MS I drove like a banshee across country back to the West Coast where I belong. I've lived in Portland ever since. Currently I'm working for a real estate consulting firm.

    Two years ago my then-boyfriend and I bought a house. We spend most of our time making it habitable.

    Favorite Memory: My favorite memory is being at beauty college with Karen Harris-goofing off!!!!Also-Mr. Neiman-my English teacher-he was totally cool,he always had time to listen to what you had to say! I also liked hanging with Julie Cushman and spoofing on people ! Oh,I cant forget Charles-he was my love in highschool.
    What's Happening: I am currently engaged to a wonderful guy! I met him at CSAA(TripleAAA) when I worked there for almost 4 yrs.Right now I am a RDA (dental assistant) to a Rootcanal specialist.I have been there for almost 8yrs!!!WOW!!!Life is good.I also design jewelry and work two days at "The Bead Shop" at Towne and Country.Some of you are probally thinking-thank god she has a outlet for her weird creative talents!!!Ya-hoo! Yes,some of the things I make are pretty colorful and different! Well.....I hope to see some of you guys very soon.I'll keep in touch!

    Favorite Memory: Journalism Class...which was pretty much just goofing-off
    and playing games on the Apple II's. Hmmm...maybe it was a
    sign of things to come? The unofficial senior sneak day
    in band was pretty cool, too, though...especially since
    they tried (unsuccessfully) to bust us for it.
    What's Happening: I was on the 7-year plan at San Jose State. I majored in
    "undeclared" for 4 of those years...but graduated in 1994
    with a BS in Business Administration-Management. It's too
    bad I couldn't get some sort of other degrees for all of the
    other classes I took in other disciplines. I wouldn't know
    how the parties were at SJSU, I was the poster child for the
    commuter student. I could, however, tell you all of the
    secrets of getting a parking spot there.

    I worked for the Century Theatres until 1992. Since then,
    I've been working for Electronic Arts / EA Sports in San
    Mateo, CA (gotta love that 30 mi. commute on US-101). I'm
    currently an Assistant Producer. Prior to that, I was a
    Computer Technician there. There's just something about a
    place that serves up free beer on Fridays and pays you to
    play video games.

    I'm still single, but accepting applications if someone
    wants to change that.

    Favorite Memory: I wasn't there the day that Tobias did the backflip in Physics...I loved the night at Denny's when Becky Harper, Hope Starr, Kathy Kuwaye, and I came up with the "Alternative Senior Best" categories (i.e. most likely to become a surfer, most likely to buy swampland in Florida, etc...)
    What's Happening: I'm a graduate student at UCLA, in biochemisty. In other words, I am a lab rat. I still love dancing, running, and vintage clothes, though.

    I graduated from Santa Clara University (those Jesuits give a great education and boy, do they party!) in 1991 and promptly moved north to San Francisco. I worked as a chemist at SRI Intl. in Palo Alto until deciding to take the GRE and go back to school.

    While at SRI, I met Shane, who will be taking me to HIS 10-year reunion in October and subject me to the same "this-is-my-trip-down-memory-lane" weekend that I just put him through. Aside to Becky and Hope: I'm going to win the money.
